Now we all know that Dr. Emmett Brown was working for Libyan terrorists at the start of Back to the Future, pretending to build them a bomb so that he could get his hands on the plutonium he needed to power the flux capacitor (the thing that makes times travel possible in case you had forgotten). But how exactly did he get involved with them in the first place, and what other things did he do for them before he got what he needed?
In this fan made trailer, created by Tyler Hopkins, we get a glimpse of what Doc Brown may have got up to in the time between coming up with the flux capacitor in 1955, and the events in the Lone Pine mall parking lot in 1985.
The trailer makes use of cleverly edited clips from Back to the Future, My Favorite Martian, Camp Nowhere, Things to Do in Denver When You’re Dead, Dennis the Menace, Zero Dark Thirty, Argo, The Sum of All Fears, Syriana, Iron Man, Dazed and Confused, and Munich to give us an idea of what it takes to develop a time travelling Delorean.
